The Chill Pack (3)

The Chill Pack: Resources for relaxation and restoration

I am really happy that you chose The Chill Pack and committed yourself to healing your relationship with stress. Prioritizing self-care is the first step in creating a new relationship with stress. Remember, with only even 15-30 minutes a day, you can begin to unwind the negative effects of stress on your life.

To use the yoga nidras and the headache meditation, you need a quiet place to either lie down or sit comfortably. No need to be fancy. You can push the seat back in your car and take 15 minutes to do the headache meditation. Or find a quiet place at work and do the yoga nidra during lunch. You could even do any of these meditations while your toddler naps or after bedtime. It’s easier than you think and the rewards are priceless.

I encourage you to download these meditations to your phone, or other portable device. Make it easy for yourself to do these whenever you can. I hope you also take the time to peruse Herbal Restorations and find some easy to implement ideas that work for you in your life. There are LOTS of choices. Combining some of the supplements or herbal remedies with the meditations will help you make powerful changes in your life.

Take the first steps and the answers for the rest of the journey will appear.

To your health,
